Remainder One, Inc. is a software and consulting company located in beautiful Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

For over a decade, Remainder One’s president, Mark Rakes, has specialized in writing software for embedded operating systems on gigabit ethernet switches, ethernet (multi)routers, wireless access points/gateways/routers (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax), and wireless client drivers/supplicants for personal computers and IoT Devicess. Mark has experience with a wide variety of areas: bootloaders, device drivers, embedded chip firmware, operating systems, build tools, and userland applications.
